Pyramid Innovation Ltd is an ISO 9001 certified, UK based company. The founder members of the company were formerly the management and design team for the company that developed the first automated slide and cassette printers.
There is no minimum order level and where possible we aim to ship the same day as the order. Our intention is to add to our range by developing new innovative products.

We aim to ship orders placed before 3:00pm GMT the same day - orders placed after this time will be shipped the following day (Monday - Friday).

Standard Delivery - 1st Class Signed For Letter or Parcel Post. This is not a guaranteed service and products can only be traced once a delivery has been made or attempted.
Delivery method can be selected during the checkout process. Costs are calculated by weight and displayed once the delivery method is selected.

We reserve the right to charge for goods at the price ruling on the date of despatch. Product prices and transport costs are subject to change without prior notice. Price discrepancies must be notified to us within 7 days of invoice date.
Pyramid Innovation Ltd is committed to ensuring that you receive the goods that you order from us in a good condition. We offer a flexible returns policy.
In order to ensure that your returned goods are processed in a timely fashion, you should contact us and be in receipt of a Returns Authorisation Number (RMA) before sending any item/s back to us. Any product returned without an RMA will be refused. You must also return a copy of your Original Sales Invoice that is sent with the order as proof of purchase.
For your protection, please send items back well packaged and using the Royal Mail 1st Class posting or Standard Parcel Service for items weighing over 1kg. Please also ensure you retain your proof of posting for your reference. Pyramid Innovation cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged in transit by any postal service.
We reserve the right to apply a handling charge of up to 20% for goods ordered in error.
We do not usually accept the return of non-standard or special items.
By law you have the right to cancel any order within seven days of the day after the item is delivered to you. Therefore, you can cancel your order up to 7 days after the receipt of your order and your statutory rights will not be affected. To cancel your order send an email to our customer services team using the form on this website, quoting your order number. If the order has not been dispatched, we will ensure we stop the delivery process. If however the order has already been sent, please inform us you wish to exercise your right to cancel your order and request an RMA. We will refund your money less any delivery costs. Please ensure all items are complete and in their original packaging. They must be unused and in resalable condition. The item/s must be returned in an unused condition to qualify for the "cooling off period".
Goods are not sold on a trial basis and unwanted goods that have been used can only be returned if they are able to be restocked as new. Items that have had their seals broken or need to be repackaged will be subject to a minimum handling fee of 25% off the purchase price to cover the inspection and packaging costs. We also reserve the right to refuse to refund monies for goods bought in error which are not re-saleable.
All monies paid for cancelled goods will be refunded within 30 days from date of cancellation.
Please note: It is a legal requirement that you take care of the goods and you are responsible for the carriage costs of returning goods to us unless we delivered goods to you in error, or if goods are faulty.
Incorrect, Faulty or Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible. We will issue you with an RMA and refund your postage or replace postage free. We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive all your products ordered please email our customer services team, quoting your order number.
All items suspected of damage or showing a fault will be tested by us on receipt. If no fault can be found then the item will be returned to you at your own cost. Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced, but will be returned at the customers expense. If you are returning items for exchange please be aware that a second shipping charge may apply. Your statutory rights as a consumer is not affected by this.
Health/Safety and Liability
Risk in products will pass at the time of delivery to the customer. The customer is responsible for unloading and transporting large and/or heavy items from delivery vans.
In view of the hazards of certain solutions / mounting mediums / chemicals and equipment, the customer will be solely responsible for determining the suitability and specification of products, services, information and advice for its purposes.
Pyramid Innovation has the right, without notice, to supply products of different specifications, sources and pack size to that published or ordered. The customer is required to ensure that the use of any products supplied by Pyramid Innovation do not infringe third party intellectual property rights.
In view of the above, liability of Pyramid Innovation for any loss or damage suffered by a customer and arising by reason of defects in the products or otherwise howsoever is limited to the invoice price of the products in respect of or in relation to which loss or damage is claimed. Any liability accepted by Pyramid Innovation under these terms and conditions is in lieu of any warranty or condition implied by law as to the quality or fitness for any particular purpose of the products and save as provided in these terms and conditions Pyramid Innovation will not be under any liability, whether in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty or otherwise in respect of defects in products delivered or for any injury (other than death or personal injury caused by Pyramid Innovation negligence as defined in the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977) damage or loss resulting from such defects or from any information, service or advice provided by Pyramid Innovation or its employees, contractors or agents. In no event shall Pyramid Innovation be liable for any consequential loss whether or not resulting in force majeure. The customer indemnifies Pyramid Innovation against any claims from its employees, contractors or agents.
